About StatITT

In the digital universe, there is an ever-present challenge of putting those who provide expertise with those who wish to obtain it. Individuals providing expertise spend years developing an online following via multiple platforms, including websites and social media, to generate business. Those who seek expertise also rely on multiple online sources, including Google, company websites, and various social media platforms, often with disappointing results.
The current wisdom is for expertise providers to give away their knowledge to build an online audience. Once their brand is established, new customers will naturally be attracted. These providers however are subject to social media algorithm changes, the inability to speak directly to customers in real-time, and those who take their free information and run. They may build a significant audience with little return and no ability to capture their follower's data. If a provider can obtain customers, they also need a way to collect revenue for each client.
Those who seek expertise also face several challenges.
- Research often takes more time than is acceptable.
- No ability to ask real-time or follow-up questions to an instructional video.
- An Individual's particular case requires a unique answer not found online.
Frustration with the overall process leads to delays or giving up on a project.
